CUMULUS MEDIA NETWORKS SVP/Programming and Distribution CARL ANDERSON has exited the company.

ANDERSON came aboard at CUMULUS with the sale of CITADEL MEDIA NETWORKS earlier this year; he had been with the company, through its ABC RADIO NETWORKS and CITADEL MEDIA NETWORKS incarnations, since 2006.  

Before that, he served as PD at WJZW/WASHINGTON and WNUA/CHICAGO.
