Prices Revealed For Cleveland, Louisville Deals

The sale of Triple A WNWV (V107.3 CLEVELAND)/ELYRIA-CLEVELAND by ELYRIA-LORAIN BROADCASTING COMPANY to RUBBER CITY RADIO GROUP, INC. has been filed with the FCC, and the price, previously undisclosed, is $6.5 million. The deal was announced THURSDAY (10/17) without a price attached.
Similarly, CUMULUS' SUSQUEHANNA RADIO CORP. has filed the paperwork to formally sell WQKC-A/JEFFERSONVILLE, IN-LOUISVILLE to RYAN MEDIA, LLC, and the price for the station is listed as $265,000. The buyer has LMA'd the station and is operating it as Sports WQKC-A (1450 THE SPORTS BUZZ).
In other filings with the Commission, HISPANIC FAMILY CHRISTIAN NETWORK, INC. is selling the construction permit for noncommercial KNWP-F/NORTH PLATTE, NE to VSS CATHOLIC COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $16,000.
And PAULINO BERNAL EVANGELISM is selling FM translator K216DV/ALBUQUERQUE, NM to DON DAVIS for $15,100.
Also, EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has closed on the purchase of Religion WCDR-F/CEDARVILLE, OH, its simulcast stations WOHC/CHILLICOTHE and WOHP/PORTSMOUTH, OH, and the construction permit for WOCU/SINKING SPRING, OH plus ten OHIO translators (including W202CC/COLUMBUS, OH) from THE CEDARVILLE UNIVERSITY for $2,325,000. GREG GUY of PATRICK COMMUNICATIONS served as broker for the seller in the deal.
