SAGA COMMUNICATIONS has promoted DAVE MUSANTE to VP/GM in its NORTHAMPTON, MA cluster that includes Triple A simulcast of "THE RIVER," WRSI/TURNERS FALLS and WRSY/MARLBORO, VT; and Talk WHMP-A.
MUSANTE succeeds SEAN O'MEALY.
