The FCC has proposed that NEAL DAVIS be fined $10,000 for operating a pirate radio station on 96.1 FM in FORT LAUDERDALE, FL. DAVIS was allegedly operating the station as "96.1 REALSIDE RADIO," identified by a FACEBOOK page promoting "LEON 'DJ SHAWTY PIMP' DAVIS" and giving the station's phone number.
Other alleged pirate station operators warned by the FCC are GARY E. CLAPP (101.3 FM, KENOSHA, WI); MAUREEN WILKINSON (104.1 FM, BROOKLYN, NY); and DAWN FOSTER (88.9 FM, BRONX, NY).
