Job Cuts
RICH RAPITI, affiliate relations pro with WESTWOOD ONE (now DIAL GLOBAL) has his position eliminated in the just announced acquisition of the company. The merger of WESTWOOD ONE and DIAL GLOBAL has resulted in the layoffs of about 6 1/2% of the combined companies' staff of 600.
In addition to RAPITI, Talk rep LAURENCE PELS in Talk, LYNN McINTOSH and MARK FEATHER in News and TRISTAN MORGAN in the Entertainment division.
