CBS AC WKQC (K-104.7)/CHARLOTTE midday personality ROBIN MARSHALL has left her post and will focus on new projects as well as additional radio initiatives.
Author of the book "Is This Thing On?" -- a humorous collection of DJ radio stories that made the BARNES & NOBLE best seller list in 2010, MARSHALL is working on a new show targeting adult women for AC radio scheduled for a Q1 2012 release.
ROBIN (at 50 something and 5 kids) recently launched a modeling career after being recruited by a local CHARLOTTE agency, CAROLINA TALENT, in addition to voicing and writing the currently available JAYNE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL, syndicated through FOX ROCK COMMUNICATIONS.
MARSHALL is also the national voice for NIGHTSKIN and produces imagery for selected leading Urban and AC stations throughout the country, and told ALL ACCESS, "I am a second generation broadcaster, one woman radio revenue generator, and passionate seeker of new ways to connect with both listeners and advertisers."
