CONSOLIDATED RADIO, INC. has been fined $25,000 by the FCC for main studio, excessive power, and public file violations at its Spanish Religion KVOZ-A (RADIO CRISTIANA)/DEL MAR HILLS-LAREDO, TX. The station allegedly did not have a main studio in its community of license for several months, used daytime power at night, and had an incomplete public file.
In addition, the FCC has proposed a $500 fine on CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE REDWOODS for a late license renewal application and subsequent unauthorized operation of low power FM KRDW-LP/SMITH RIVER, CA.
