MABEN told ALL ACCESS, "We just completed our annual convention and I thought ALL ACCESS might be interested learning about the grand prize winner of the CBI-SPACIAL contest. Having signed on just this past spring, ROOKERY RADIO at YOUNGSTOWN STATE UNIVERSITY in OHIO was the lucky winner of some $16,000 in software, apps and free streaming. It is wonderful that a young station that needs support won the prize."
