Due to the recent changes within the WARNER BROS RECORDS promotion department, Nat'l Dir./Pop Promotion KEITH ROTHSCHILD and the company will part ways on DECEMBER 31st.
ROTHSCHILD said, "After nearly 16 years, I am leaving WARNER BROS. RECORDS due to the need for a National Top 40 person in our BURBANK headquarters. I had to turn down the offer to move west to do what is best for my family. I would like to thank JOHN BOULOS, TOM "GROVER" BIERY and RON CERRITO for giving me the shot to do local and then national promotion for WARNER BROS. RECORDS. I wish PETER GRAY and the incredible team he assembled nothing but the best of luck. And I thank him for all the support he has given me since his arrival (but I still want to know what Grunz means). It's been an absolute pleasure getting to know and working alongside DAVE DYER and JOSH REICH on a daily basis the past few months."
GRAY added, "KEITH is a beloved member of the WARNER BROS. RECORDS family, and his spirit will always roam the hallways of our headquarters. We all salute his impassioned contributions to our artists and their music over the years -- and respect the decision to protect his #1 priority -- Family. Keep your key-card KEITH, you are always welcome to visit!"
