Condolences to family, friends, and fans of comedian PATRICE O'NEAL, who died MONDAY (11/28) of complications from a stroke he suffered in OCTOBER. He was 41.
O'NEAL was a regular guest and fill-in for JIM NORTON on OPIE AND ANTHONY's show on both terrestrial radio and SIRIUS XM RADIO's THE VIRUS. He also hosted an occasional advice show on THE VIRUS and appeared at live comedy shows promoted by OPIE AND ANTHONY.
Among his television credits were hosting VH1's "WEB JUNK 20," appearing as a frequent panelist on COMEDY CENTRAL's "TOUGH CROWD WITH COLIN QUINN," voicing one of the two lead characters (along with current syndicated sports talk host NICK DIPAOLO) for COMEDY CENTRAL's "SHORTIES WATCHING SHORTIES," and appearing on his own HBO and COMEDY CENTRAL standup specials.
