PREMIERE NETWORKS syndicated morning show host BOBBY BONES and tennis star ANDY RODDICK have been named hosts of a new SATURDAY afternoon show on FOX SPORTS RADIO. The new show will debut JANUARY 7th 1-4p (ET) and will broadcast from AUSTIN, where BONES is based at CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 KHFI (96.7 KISS-FM). BONES and RODDICK have teamed up to fill in on FSR in the past.
"I can't wait to get paid to talk about sports, especially since ANDY and I have been doing it for free for years," said BONES. "We're pretty excited to get to use real microphones, and be heard by a real audience, on FOX SPORTS RADIO!"
RODDICK added, "I couldn't be more excited to join the FOX SPORTS RADIO lineup. Hosting a radio program is something I've always wanted to do, and to have this opportunity with my close friend BOBBY is truly amazing. We can't wait to get started!"
"We are proud to bring the amazing talents of BOBBY BONES and ANDY RODDICK into the FOX SPORTS RADIO family," said VP/GM DON MARTIN. "This unique duo will blow the minds of the sports talk radio audience."
