KBXX Wins Again, KLTN And KMJQ Settle 3rd Place Tie In Houston

RADIO ONE Top 40/Rhythmic KBXX (6.9) retained the #1 rank in HOUSTON for NOVEMBER, having broken the longstanding tie with CLEAR CHANNEL AC KODA in OCTOBER. KODA gained 6.5% over OCTOBER to stay at #2 (6.6 share). RADIO ONE Urban AC KMJQ and UNIVISION Regional Mexican KLTN settled their OCTOBER stalemate. KLTN assumed 3rd with a 5.4 while KMJQ came in 4th with a 5.3 share.

KYW-A Resumes #1 Rank In Philly

CBS RADIO News KYW-A is back on top in PHILADELPHIA P6+ for NOVEMBER. The station stayed flat with OCTOBER's figures, but was able to retake the lead due to WAEZ RADIO AC WBEB's four percentage-point dip. WBEB rounded off the month at a 7.2 share. CLEAR CHANNEL Urban AC WDAS also shed points (turning in a 6.5) but was able to stay in its 3rd place position another month. CBS RADIO Oldies WOGL mirrored its OCTOBER positioning (6.0 share, 4th place rank).

WSB-A has assumed the throne in ATLANTA for NOVEMBER, P6+. The COX MEDIA GROUP Talker showed a 7% gain for the month to finish with a 8.9 share. Atlanta's CBS Radio Urban WVEE(V-103) dropped to #2 P6+ for NOVEMBER rounding out the month with a 8.4 share. COX MEDIA GROUP Urban AC WALR finished 3rd with a 6.8 share; up 15% over OCTOBER. RADIO ONE Christian Contemporary WPZE (PRAISE 102.5) settled into 4th with a 5.9 share.

CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WXKS-F (KISS 108) continued to dominate in BOSTON, P6+ adding some growth for NOVEMBER. The station wrapped the month with a 9.8 share. CBS RADIO News-Talk WBZ-A held fast at #2 with 6.9 share; also a gain over OCTOBER. GREATER MEDIA AC WMJX (MAGIC 106.7) broke its OCTOBER tie to finish 3rd (6.5 share). CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40/R WJMN dropped to 4th with a 6.3 share.
