Shamrock Capital Closes On Investment In Learfield Communications

SHAMROCK CAPITAL GROWTH FUND III has closed on an investment in radio sports and agriculture news company LEARFIELD COMMUNICATIONS, INC. LEARFIELD senior management remains in place, and founder CLYDE LEAR remains as a minority shareholder.
