The ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME has announced its latest list of inductees, and making the cut were:
- GUNS N' ROSES
- THE BEASTIE BOYS
- RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS
- THE SMALL FACES and THE FACES
- DONOVAN
- LAURA NYRO
- FREDDIE KING
- Impresario DON KIRSHNER
- Engineer/Producer TOM DOWD
- Producer/Engineer GLYN JOHNS
- Engineer COSIMO MATASSA
Among those passed up for this year's honors were HEART, THE CURE, THE SPINNERS, JOAN JETT AND THE BLACKHEARTS, RUFUS, WAR, DONNA SUMMER, and ERIC B. AND RAKIM.The induction ceremony will take place in CLEVELAND on APRIL 14th and will be telecast on HBO in MAY.
