It was bound to happen sooner or later. Billboard has announced <http://www.dmwmedia.com/blog/%5Buser%5D/billboard-names-2010-music-app-awards-finalists> the nominees for its first ever Music Apps Awards. The finalists will be recognized at Billboard's Mobile Entertainment Live Music App Summit. The purpose is to recognize the "most innovative music-focused apps." Here is a list of the finalists for some of the awards:
