Papa Roach

Papa Roach started in the mid-‘90s, but had their biggest break in 2001 with the release of their sophomore album Infest, which reached triple platinum with their single “Last Resort.” The band decided to move toward a less rap-style albums in lovehatetragedy (2002) and Getting Away with Murder (2004). By the time of their release of their ninth studio album, Crooked Teeth, the Grammy nominated based group sold over 20 million albums.
The band consisted of Coby Dick, Jerry Horton, Dave Buckner, and Tobin Esperance. In 1993, the band, Papa Roach formed in 1993 and started releasing EPs right after such as Potatoes for Christmas (1994) and Caca Bonita (1995). Papa Roach released their full-length album, Old Friends from Young Years, which became a hit on local radio.
By early 2000, Papa Roach’s second album, Infest, which went triple platinum following the success of “Last Resort,” a popular single by the new millennium. Four years later, Papa Roach released their fourth studio effort, Getting Away with Murder. Then in 2006, Papa Roach began to work on their next studio and released the album, The Paramour Sessions that featured a heavy L.A. rock aesthetic. In early 2009, Metamorphosis was released that had a metallic hard rock sound produced by Jay Baumgardner.
In 2010, Papa Roach parted ways with Interscope in 2010 and signed a deal with an independent Eleven Seven label. In 2012, the band released their seventh studio album, The Connection. In this album, they showcased a variety of styles and sounds the band had touched on over the years from rap to more hard rock along with an electronic influence. The electronic element was distinct in their 2015’s F.E.A.R. (Face Everything & Rise).
Following session in studio, Papa Roach emerged in May 2017 with their ninth full-length album, Crooked Teeth. Then, two singles, “Who Do You Trust?” and “Renegade Music,” were released in October 2018 before the new studio LP titled Who Do You Trust?, which arrived in January 2019.
