Bring Me The Horizon

For the first time since 2011, UK metalcore favorites Bring Me the Horizon will be headlining a North American tour. The band will be out in support of their critically acclaimed latest album Sempiternal, and will be joined on 'The American Dream Tour' by Of Mice & Men. The trek begins in February 2014. Sempiternal is an extension of the band's beginning with new elements thrown into the mix as they display their evolution as musicians and songwriters. Diversifying their sound to include a host of influences is sure to have expanded their fanbase since they last headlined a North American tour, BMTH are sure to put on an amazing show for both the fans and the band.
Formed in 2004, the group currently consists of lead vocalist Oliver Sykes, lead guitarist Lee Malia, bassist Matt Kean, drummer Matt Nicholls and keyboardist Jordan Fish. They are currently signed to RCA Records globally and Epitaph Records exclusively in the US. While their earlier work is noted for deathcore style, they started to adopt a more eclectic style of metalcore in future releases. They have released four studio albums and two extended plays.
They released their debut album Count Your Blessings in 2006 in the UK. Their second album, Suicide Season was released in 2008, while a remix of the album titled Suicide Season: Cut Up! was released a year later. Prior to the release of the special edition of Suicide Season: Cut Up!, founding rhythm guitarist Curtis Ward left the band to pursue a different career path. He was later replaced with Jona Weinhofen of I Killed the Prom Queen. Bring Me the Horizon's third studio album There Is a Hell, Believe Me I've Seen It. There Is a Heaven, Let's Keep It a Secret. was released in 2010, with the band winning the Best Video award at the 2012 Kerrang! Awards for their song "Alligator Blood". Bring Me The Horizon released their fourth album, Sempiternal, on April 1st 2013; their first for their new label, RCA Records.
