Pistol Day Parade
Jul 13, 2014

Rising from the tough economic times of Detroit, Pistol Day Parade is regarded as one of the top Midwest indie rock bands. In September of 2013, the band released their first full-length CD, Burn, produced and mixed by Tim Patalan and Chuck Alkazian on Goomba Records/eOne. Pistol Day Parade kicked off their 2014 tour in Austin at SXSW with a series of Texas-based shows. Their latest track out this summer is the improved release of "Rockstar's Girlfriend".
Pistol Day Parade members include lead singer Dave Fuller, bassist Jason Lollio, guitarists Rob Banks and Guido, and drummer Jason Hartless. Their debut EP, She Wants More, recorded by Mike Brown via Velvet Revolver, was released in 2009, featuring an early demo version of "Rockstar's Girlfriend". Industry rock radio powerhouse WRIF/Detroit picked up on the song's immense potential and has played the track over 1,100x times to date, and counting. Since 2009, the band has headlined countless shows at Detroit's famous Fillmore, and has also opened for legendary acts, such as Stone Temple Pilots, Filter, Creed, Candlebox, Theory Of A Deadman, Saving Abel, Tantric, Pop Evil, and more.
Pistol Day Parade is currently on tour with none other than the Motor City Madman himself, Ted Nugent, this summer.
