LEA MICHELE from "Glee" and Broadway actor THEO STOCKMAN have called it quits. Her rep confirmed the news to Us Weekly that they've gone their separate ways after dating long-distance for the last year. This comes as a bit of a surprise --the two just enjoyed a romantic Hawaiian vacation last July. (Lee)
Not engaged:
Someone forgot to tell NE-YO (real name: SHAFFER CHIMERE SMITH) he's getting married! As we mentioned yesterday, (RBR 9.20.11,) a rep for the rapper's baby mama, MONYETTA SHAWS, announced that the two were engaged. Too bad a wedding ain't in the works --the supposed "groom's" people cleared up the matter to Us Weekly saying that's just not the case. The two do, however, have big things in store --they're expecting a second child next month. (Lee)
Watercooler:

--BETHEANNY FRANKEL says it's up to daughter BRYN if she wants to eat meat when she's older
--MAYIM BIALIK creates "lots of cheeses out of nuts" for her two sons

In Virginia, a 14-year-old student dressed up in a banana costume for what he thought would be a harmless prank, then snuck onto the football field during the Colonial Forge High School’s football game, and ran down the sidelines during the halftime show.
Officials weren’t amused, and had him handcuffed and placed in the back seat of a police car temporarily, then suspended him from school for 10 days.
BRIAN THOMPSON says it was a "harmless prank." For their part, the high school officials say it was “disobedience,” “disruptive” and presented (quote) “an immediate danger to the welfare, health, and safety of any person."
Brian’s mom says her son is being over-punished for his impulsive actions which stem from his autism.
Some students who supported him reportedly made up and wore “Free Banana Man” t-shirts to school, but were told to remove them.
