KANYE WEST has reportedly paid ANDY WARHOL's niece, MONICA, to do an Andy Warhol-style portrait of his fiance KIM KARDASHIAN.
According to In Touch magazine, the portrait cost $30-thousand dollars.
Monica tells the magazine "Kim is the perfect addition to the Warhol legacy... There is no way Andy Warhol would not have painted her. Kim is manufactured gorgeous and is beyond fabulous. How could Andy not have been inspired to paint her like he did MARILYN MONROE and ELIZABETH TAYLOR?"

BOB DYLAN could go to jail... in France. Billboard.com says he was charged yesterday with incitement to hatred after a quote in a recent interview he gave to the French edition of Rolling Stone magazine. Bob was asked if America today compared to the Civil War days. He went on to talk about hatred over skin color, but it was this line that got him in trouble: "If you got a slave master or Klan in your blood, blacks can sense that. That stuff lingers to this day. Just like Jews can sense Nazi blood and the Serbs can sense Croatian blood."
The Representative Council of the Croatian Institutions of France claims Bob was promoting hatred against Croatians and filed a complaint with a Paris court. They'll take on the case. If Bob is convicted he will have to pay a fine and could spend up to a year in prison.
FYI: Dylan's music has been banned from Croatia's Radio Split. (Marino)Rolling Stone magazine has revealed its choices for 50 Best Albums of 2013.
