Filling a need:
It's official --KIM KARDASHIAN's hind quarters are affecting women from sea to shining sea! Cosmopolitan magazine reports new stats from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons shows that buttock augmentation procedures were up 15 percent from 2013-2014, booty lifts increased 44 percent and butt implants were up a whopping 98 percent!
Giving your backside a boost can cost well over $10-thousand dollars --a pricey idea considering you can probably get the same results at the gym. Despite the popularity of a nice booty, boob jobs, nose nobs, liposuction, eyelid surgery and facelifts are still more popular. (Lee)Fast Food:
A free stack of buttermilk pancakes are yours at IHOP locations today (Tue, Mar 03), in celebration of National Pancake Day (which may very well have been declared by IHOP. Whatevs.)
But there's a hitch: you'll be asked to donate to the Children's Miracle Network or a location's designated local charity while nomming all that batter-based goodness.
IHOP's hoping to raise $3.5 million dollars in this year's effort (they've been doing this since 2006. (Kaye)
FYI: Donations are strictly voluntary. Last year IHOP served more than 2.5 million free pancakes, and since 2006 when they began, they've raised nearly $13 million for charity.
Editor's note: Blessed be this holy day whereth flour and eggs mix to make circular spheres on which maple syrup is poured and patties of butter melt. Amen. The Reel Deal:

A Nebraska man wins the "stupid criminal of the day" award. Police pulled the man over around 9 pm on Saturday and searched his car. They found a sour cream container labeled "not weed." When they looked inside, they found, well, weed. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and for possession. (Myers)
