Deaths:
WHITNEY HOUSTON's daughter, BOBBI KRISTINA BROWN, died in hospice care yesterday. She was just 22 and had been in a coma for the past six months. Her family issued a statement saying she was "surrounded by her family" and "finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months."
Bobbi Kristina was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her home in Roswell, GA, just outside Atlanta, this past Jan 31. She never fully regained consciousness and had been on life support since then; in March she was moved to a long-term care facility and in June, to a hospice.
On Whitney's Facebook fan page, there's already a picture of Whitney cradling a very young Bobbi Kristina with the note: "It is hard to say goodbye. On Sunday, July 26, Bobbi Kristina Brown made her transition peacefully. The family thanks everyone for their loving thoughts and prayers. As Bobbi Kristina would say: The wind is behind me and the sun is in my face'."

Of course, now everybody's asking, "Who gets the money?" --the multi-million dollar inheritance from her mom, Whitney. As you probably know, she was the sole beneficiary of the money after her mom died in 2012.
According to TheWrap, who spoke to several legal experts who reviewed a copy of Whitney's will, it stipulated that Bobbi Kristina would receive the money in a series of payments over nine years: 10 percent at age 21, a 30 percent distribution at 25 and the remainder at age 30. But the will also says (quote) "if Bobbi Kristina were to die unmarried, without children of her own and had left no will and testament of her own, the estate would be divided among Whitney's living relatives."
That would be Whitney's mom, CISSY HOUSTON, and her brothers MICHAEL and GARY. Whitney's father, JOHN, is listed in the will as well, but he died in 2003. Although BOBBY BROWN is also listed, the legal experts say their divorce would nullify his claim to any money from the estate, which is reportedly at least $20-million dollars.Posturing, Posing, Polling and Press Releases:
DONALD TRUMP is still laughing. A new CNN poll released yesterday morning shows Trump still on top nationally among Republican voters, with an 18-to-15-percent lead over JEB BUSH. Trump's support is up six-points since June.
Fifty-two-percent of registered Republicans and Republican-leaning independents want the Trump to stay in the race, 33-percent want him to drop out, while 15-percent say he should run as an independent. (Pacelli)Bid'ness is Bid'ness:
The Bugaboo company is getting a lot of flack for their new ad, which features a model pushing one of their high-end strollers in a bikini. The real-life mom is named YMRE STIEKEMA, who apparently "stays fit and healthy with the Bugaboo Runner," while showing off her rock-hard abs and tanned, toned legs.
Understandably, the photo sent the Twitterverse into a tailspin as moms questioned why she'd be jogging in a bathing suit, lashed out that she was "far too skinny" and should be "running to McDonald's" while others just LOL'd over the shot claiming the other women needed to stop being jealous "and move!"
If you're interested, a Bugaboo stroller will set you back anywhere between $675 and $1,765. (Lee)Hot punks in the Summertime:
Hiring a hitman --no matter how old he is-- is a bad idea. A woman in South Carolina has been sentenced to life in prison after she hired a teenager --16-year-old TAVIROUS SETTLES-- to kill her husband and he killed her brother-in-law instead. Settles testified that he and KARLITA DeSEAN PHILLIPS, who's 41, were involved in a sexual relationship and that she offered him $13-thousand dollars to murder her estranged husband, JAMIL.
Prosecutors say she was motivated by hatred for her estranged husband and a desire to cash in on his half-million dollar life insurance policy. She was convicted of accessory before the fact of murder and soliciting a minor to commit a felony. Tavirous is still awaiting trial for murder. (Myers /Still)Grace notes from Vinny Marino:
SNOOP DOGG got arrested in Sweden on Saturday, and he says it's all about racial profiling. The UK's Guardian newspaper says Snoop did a concert in the city of Uppsala and on the drive away from the venue, the rapper's car was pulled over at a checkpoint. Police thought he was under the influence so he was arrested and taken back to the station for a urine test. Snoop did was he was told and then got released. He posted a few angry videos where he claims the only reason he was pulled over was racial profiling. (Marino)
