Stupid people, stupid places:
When a woman gets a bad haircut, we just cry and talk smack about the hairdresser! A gang of people in England attaced the Fresh Trimz barber shop in Walsall, West Mids, after one of them got a bad haircut. The arguement with the owners was a year brewing and finally came to a head when the mob took baseball bats to the windows of the store and even smashed an Alpha Romeo parked outside, doing almost $25-hundred dollars worth of damage. Thankfully no one was hurt and blood found at the scene was DNA matched to ALEX HILL, who's 19. He was arrested. (Myers)
Sheer stupidity:
Tenants at an apartment complex in Utah are furious about a new rule.
Residents of City Park Apartments in Salt Lake City reportedly got a notice last week stating they had to "friend" the apartment complex on Facebook within five days. According to the notice, tenants who refuse to do so will be found "in violation." Apartment managers also reportedly want permission to post images of tenants and their friends on social media as part of the new rules. (Still)Health and Medical Briefs:
The inventor of the famous Heimlich maneuver to save people from choking actually saved someone from choking by using the Heimlich maneuver. Dr. HENRY HEIMLICH invented the life-saving technique back in the 1970s, but he'd never used it on another person until now. Now 96, Popular Sciencesays Dr. Heimlich saved another person in his retirement home from choking last week, and the 87-year-old survived. (Bartha)
