Trash talk and satellite dish:
Is PAMELA ANDERSON really hot and heavy with JULIAN ASSANGE? Although the blonde bombshell has been spotted bringing the Wikileaks founder lots of goodies to the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, speculation is their friendship may be based on money rather than romance. A former assistant to the "Baywatch" hottie tells the NY Post's Page Six gossip column that she "doesn't do anything without getting paid" and was "really broke" a few years ago.
Meanwhile, Pammy gushed on social media that he's the most "intelligent, interesting and informed man in existence" and finds him "quite sexy." (Lee)On, off and way-off-Broadway:
AL PACINO may be returning to Broadway soon. Parade magazine says he's currently starring as playwright TENNESEE WILLIAMS with JUDITH LIGHT in DOTSON RADER's play, "God Looked Away" at the Pasadena Playhouse in California. It closes on March 19th, but word is the production is on its way to New York City, and an available Broadway theater. (Marino)
Reality Round-Up:
Are you ready for O-J TV?
Yes, I mean O-J SIMPSON... and there's a rumor circulating that O-J could be outta jail as soon as October after being found guilty of stealing sports memorabilia in 2008... and sources tell TMZ.com that the networks are getting ready to pony up the big bucks for a reality TV show featuring the guy who'll probably still be looking for NICOLE's killer.
This could also be good news for The Juice, since he still owes Nicole's family $33-million dollars because of that wrongful death suit.
On the other hand, the networks are supposedly considering what kind of backlash they could get from potential sponsors or a viewer boycott. So, we'll just have to see --or in O-J's terms, the jury's still out.Posturing, Posing and Press Releases:
The New York Post reports that NY Democratic Gov. ANDREW CUOMO has hired two fundraisers from Florida. That's being seen by man as a sure sign that Cuomo is angling for a presidential bid.
One Democratic source tells the paper, "Hiring out-of-state fundraising staff, particularly in a battleground state, opens up money spigots beyond what would normally be available and is a key first step to laying the groundwork for a run." (Pacelli) -
