The Trump Organization on Friday started telling clients it is shutting down its 18-year-old modeling business. The New York Postsays the company tied the decision to close Trump Models to the 2015 sale of the Miss Universe Organization --the company that operates the Miss USA and Miss Universe pageants. TAYLOR SWIFT's Southern California estate has quite the pedigree. Peoplereports the 11-thousand square-foot home in the Hollywood Hills was designated as a historic landmark by the Beverly Hills City Council last Tuesday night. The pop tart bought the property in 2015, spent a pretty penny restoring it to the original condition and it was originally built in 1934 by movie mogul SAMUEL GOLDWYN.
Tinseltown legends like MARLENE DIETRICH, CLARK GABLE and CHARLIE CHAPLIN all spent time at the estate, which features four bedrooms, pool, tennis courts and backs up to the Beverly Hills Hotel. (Lee)TV Briefs:

BRITNEY SPEARS is leaving Las Vegas. The Review-Journal newspaper says her run at Planet Hollywood's Axis will end on December 31st. That's the day her contract ends. Britney may take her "Piece of Me" show to another Vegas property, or somewhere else in the world. The show debuted on December 27th, 2013, and has taken in more than $100-million dollars in ticket sales. (Marino)
