Five Guys has beat In-N-Out Burger as America's top burger chain.
Shake Shack, Wendy's and Culver's rounded out the top five on the Harris Poll's list, compiled from surveys of more than 100-thousand U.S. consumers aged 15 and older.

Authorities in San Francisco are considering charges against two men who scaled the Golden Gate Bridge.
18-year-old high school senior PETER TEATIME and 20-something TOMMY RECTOR posted videofeaturing an acrobatic climb to the top of the bridge. The clip shows them scaling the 746-foot structure and balancing on the cables at the very top. They're seen hanging off the edge and even doing somersaults without any type of safety harness.
Bridge general manager DENNIS MULLIGAN says, "The Golden Gate Bridge is not an amusement park ride... People should not come here and use it in ways for which it is not intended." Mulligan says the daredevils put themselves and drivers at risk and the pair will face "full consequences... both civilly and criminally." (Still)Broadcast, cable and video news:
