Hot punks in the Wintertime:
South Carolina police say a fast food worker attacked his boss with a hot burrito.
According to cops, the unidentified Taco Bell worker was upset at having to work the morning shift. That's when the supervisor reportedly said, "stop being a crybaby." The worker allegedly became enraged and chucked a bean and cheese burrito, which hit the manager in the arm and "made a mess of the entire kitchen." Police say the worker then broke their drive-thru headset and stormed out. So far no arrests have been made. (Still)Fashion Emergency:
KIM KARDASHIAN is launching three new fragrances just in time for Valentine's Day. Fashionista.com says Kim is taking fragrances from two of her brands --KKW Fragrance and Kimoji-- and combining them into a self-collaborative collection called the Kimoji Fragrance line. (Got all that?!) But wait, there's more... the three perfume line will be called "B-F-F," "Bae" and "Ride or Die," housed in pink, blue and purple candy-heart packaging. They will launch on KKWFragrance.com on February 1st. (Bartha)
Pilot news:
CBS is doing a pilot about an outspoken atheist whose life is turned upside down when he's friended by God on Facebook. Varietysez the series, appropriately called "God Friended Me," would explore the man's attempts to change the lives of the people around him with the help of divine intervention. It does not have any stars attached yet.
CBS is also working on a sitcom based on the very popular web series, "I Mom So Hard."
Varietysays KRISTIN HENSLEY and JEN SMEDLEY, who co-created the web series of the same name, will star in and co-write the series. Their YouTube channel currently has over 58-thousand subscribers and their Facebook page has over 1.1 million "likes." And it's easy to see why the network picked them up --their videos have been collectively viewed over 100-million times.Grace notes from Vinny Marino:

Big day for MARY J. BLIGE yesterday. She was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her role in "Mudbound," and her work on the soundtrack for that movie also got a nod. Mary J. is now the sixth African American female recording artist to get an Academy Award nod for her acting. She follows ETHEL WATERS, DOROTHY DANDRIDGE, DIANA ROSS, QUEEN LATIFAH and JENNIFER HUDSON. The Oscars will be handed out March 4th, live on ABC. (Marino)
