In case you forgot, today used to be National Secretary's Day, or as they now call it, Administrative Professionals Day --they're called APs or AAs for short. It's the day set aside for all those people who take grief from their bosses for 364 days a year.
Flowers seem to be the most popular gift for that special person in the boss' life--florists rank it as their third busiest day, behind Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
Something just as easy: Lunch at a nice restaurant. Oh, and an extended lunch hour. You can pick up your own dry cleaning for a change.

Fashion Emergency:

The dramatic white hat First Lady MELANIA TRUMP wore yesterday to host French President EMMANUEL MACRON and his wife BRIGETTE MACRON for a White House state visit has made a huge impression. The New York Postsays French-American designer HERVE PIERRE created the statement-making hat, which she wore with a $2,195 suit and belted asymmetrical blazer from the Michael Kors Collection and $745 dollar, four-and-a-half-inch heels from French shoe designer CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN.
Social media had a field day with the hat, comparing it to BEYONCE's "Formation" hat and "Scandal's" Olivia Pope. (Bartha)
