KIM KARDASHIAN has dished out the ultimate insult to TRISTAN THOMPSON by unfollowing him on social media! The bootylicious brunette talked about sister KHLOE's baby daddy's cheating scandal on "Ellen" this week saying it's just "so effed up," while the Cleveland Cavaliers star fired up his Instagram account once again. A massive new study says Americans feel lonelier than ever before, with young adults among those feeling the loneliest. The Atlanta Journal-Constitutionsays the new nationwide survey conducted by health insurer Cigna found that nearly half of the United States experiences bouts of loneliness. The survey of 20-thousand adults used the UCLA Loneliness Scale to calculate respondents' loneliness scores, which range from 20 to 80.
Those scoring 43 and above were considered lonely. The average loneliness score in America is 44, suggesting that "most Americans are considered lonely," according to the report. Younger adults born between the mid-1990s and the early 2000s had loneliness scores of about 48 compared with about 39 for respondents ages 72 and older.
Also from the loneliness survey:
--54 percent of respondents said they sometimes or always feel that no one knows them very well.
--56 percent reported sometimes or always feeling like the people they're surrounded with "are not necessarily with them."
--Two-fifths reported a lack of meaningful relationships and companionship; saying they are "isolated from others." (Bartha)Getting Naked:
This year's naked bike ride in Philadelphia will have an added twist.
Organizers just announced they're teaming up with a famous bodypainting artist to create Philly Bodypainting Day to coincide with the 10th annual Philly Naked Bike Ride. Both events take place September 8th, with nude bodypainting being offered right before the bike ride. The annual ride is meant to promote positive body image and protest the use of fossil fuels.
