Mother's Day is Sunday:
Hallmark says Mother's Day is the third-most popular card-buying holiday, with 162 million cards sold. That's because so many people use the occasion to celebrate relationships with sisters, aunts, and other important women in their lives, it. (Only Christmas and Valentine's Day are bigger.) And among Hispanics, Mother's Day is the single biggest card day of the year.
Fast Food:
Good news for fast-food fans: Taco Bell's Naked Chicken Chalupa is back.
Tex-Mex fans may remember that back in January of 2017, Taco Bell launched the product as a "limited offering" --a taco made with a hard shell of fried chicken instead of a tortilla.
But Tuesday, Taco Bell announced that it was bringing back the Naked Chicken Chalupa as a new, spicier, "Wilder Naked Chicken Chalupa," too.Air Rage:
Now it's American Airlines acting foolish.
KELSEY MYERS is a breastfeeding new mom and was trying to board a flight from LA to Chicago. She had her carry-on, a personal item, a cooler full of breast milk and a breast pump. The gate agent stopped her and told her that she had too many items and would have to check her bag.
Myers explained that the cooler and pump were medical items and she needed to carry them on. The supervisor came over and began to yell at Myers to check her bag saying, "how many boobs do you have?" She was so embarrassed that she didn't argue anymore and checked her bag.
"I'm shocked that a supervisor would show such disrespect. I'm also very surprised that a supervisor would have no knowledge of what seems to me like a simple policy." American Airlines has contacted Myers and apologized saying their agents were wrong and offered her compensation. (Myers)
