Fast Food News: The folks at Subway are testing out Hand-spun Halo Top milkshakes in six test markets beginning July 22nd. Look for them in Colorado Springs, Colorado; Hartford, Connecticut; Longview and Tyler, Texas; Salt Lake City, Utah; Toledo, Ohio and West Palm Beach, Florida.
Disney is doing a live-action version of "The Little Mermaid." That should come as no surprise, considering that they've been doing live-action movies from all their successful cartoon franchises.
Now Daily Variety reports that JACOB TREMBLAY and AWKAFINA have signed on to play Flounder and Scuttle, in the movie which will star MELISSA McCARTHY as Ursula the Sea Witch. No word on who'll be cast as Ariel, the Little Mermaid, or Prince Eric, who she's smitten with.
The movie is being directed by ROB MARSHALL and LIN-MANUEL MIRANDA is putting together new tunes as well.Look for "Master of None" star AZIZ ANSARI in a new Netflix stand-up special on July 09, four years after his first one streamed on the network.
