Movie News: Disney's "Frozen II" made a reported $127 million in North America this past weekend at some 4440 theaters. The film also took in $223 million overseas as well for a total of (carry the one) $350 million.
Music News (I dare you): Rolling Stone magazine reports punk legends the CIRCLE JERKS will be doing a 2020 reunion tour to celebrate the 40th anniversary of their 1980 hardcore punk classic, "Group Sex."
GABRIELLE UNION and JULIANNE HOUGH will reportedly not be returning to the next season of "America's Got Talent." The Wrap says SIMON COWELL and HOWIE MANDEL are expected to be back along with host TERRY CREWS for the upcoming Season 15, however.
Bad animal news: In Ireland, there's reports of innocent little bunny rabbits being sucked up into plane's engines at the Dublin Airport. The Irish Post says there have been 54 incidents this year alone of animals --mainly birds-- being sucked into the engines, and although the birds account for 43 incidents, 11 of them were hares that strayed too close to the runways.
Drug bust of the day: In El Paso, TX, Customs agents seized more than 150 pounds of bologna last Thursday. The 14 rolls of bologna were seized because apparently the pork has the potential to introduce foreign animal diseases into the U.S. pork industry. Since a pound of Oscar Meyer bologna costs 2.19 at Target. That means the total value of the seizure was worth $328.50.
On a separate note, Spanish authorities seized a submarine over the weekend with two-thousand kilos of cocaine aboard, according to police sources. That bust was a little more expensive --right at $50-million dollars. -
