Tonight's the night you can finally find a hairdresser to take care of your outta control coronavirus hair. CBS has a one-hour special, hosted by JERRY O’CONNELL and REBECCA ROMIJN, with some professional hairstylists giving celebrities advice on how to give yourself a "do it yourself" haircut, along with coloring and styling advice as well. "Haircut Night in America" is on at 8pm (Eastern). Good luck with that!
Too bad: authorities in Wisconsin have had to cancel the upcoming State Fair thanks to (of course) the coronavirus pandemic. The state had a record number of new coronavirus cases and deaths reported in a single day on Wednesday, with 599 new known COVID-19 cases and 22 known deaths. It's the first time the state has not had the Fair since 1945 during the Second World War. And the Fair itself has been going on yearly --except for that one date-- for 169 years.
Rumor mill: Variety reports HENRY CAVILL is in talks to return as Clark Kent in an upcoming DC Comics movie. Henry played Superman in "Man of Steel" (in 2013), "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" (in 2016), and "Justice League" (in 2017).
Former CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL star JOHN FOGERTY and his family have released a new EP called "Fogerty’s Factory," with recordings of songs the family has performed together while in quarantine. Rolling Stone reports the title is a throwback to the Creedence album "Cosmo's Factory," which was released back in 1970. Find the songs --including “Lodi,” “City of New Orleans” and others-- on YouTube.
