Win, lose or... draw: And we mean draw in the gunfighter sense, because CBS News reports sales of firearms this year have already topped the record set in 2016. And --of course-- there will be a surge in gun sales during the upcoming holidays, since the final two months of the year are the busiest months of the year for selling firearms. The National Shooting Sports Foundation sez nearly 5 million Americans bought a firearm for the first time in 2020, because of the pandemic and thanks to the violence and looting over "police brutality" and cities that were shut down.

And the stupidity continues with people refusing to wear coronavirus masks --yesterday a Southwest Airlines flight at the Nashville International Airport had to return to its gate and have the passengers deplane because a passenger refused to wear a face mask. The woman was not arrested but the incident delayed the flight about an hour before all the passengers could reboard (without the woman) and of course, some passengers missed their connecting flights.
