England: KATIE PRICE showed off her new hairdo in The London Sun after having 500 24-inch long blonde extensions removed. The 42-year-old said "I wanted it cut off to get rid of all the dead ends and get the condition back. I have wigs if I want to experiment through lockdown, but this gives my hair a rest!"
Question for your listeners: What's the most hair extensions you've ever had... and would you do it again?"
Using a lot of internet and TV since the lockdown or using it differently like working or attending school virtually? Comcast Xfinity sees just that and will be raising prices this year starting in March for going over a certain amount of data if they’re not enrolled in an unlimited plan. The regular customers will get 1.2 terabytes of data --which they say will let you watch 1,200 hours of distance learning videos or videoconference for 3,500 hours. They claim that should be enough for two parents working from home and two kids attending school virtually.
No surprise: Yesterday, the folks who run the Grammy Awards say they'll be postponed from the original date of January 31st to sometime in March.
Would you take a Disney vacation with the lockdown going on? Maybe if you already live in Florida. The Mouse House says they're offering 4-day discount ticket deals for Florida residents for $199. The pass grants access to all four theme parks, with entry limited at one park per day. You gotta wear a mask within the parks and follow social distancing rules.
Passings: GERRY MARSDEN, of the 60's group Gerry and the Pacemakers, passed away Sunday in Liverpool, England, at 78. Heart problems.
Diligent Auction Services is auctioning off DAVID HASSELHOFF's personal Pontiac Firebird used as KITT, the Knight Rider car, from the 1980s TV series. It's supposed to go for between $175,000 and $300,000 at auction, and since the car is currently in the UK, the winner will also have to fork over extra for shipping costs. PS: The auction house claims that if the winning bid is more than 25 percent of the reserve price ($975,000), "the Hoff will personally deliver the car to the new owner."
