Fast food: CNBC reports Ben & Jerry's has put you and I in the freezer temporarily so they can put out new "Doggie Desserts." The frozen dog treats will reportedly have two flavors, a peanut butter with a pretzel swirl batch called "Pontch's Mix," and a pumpkin and cookie mix called "Rosie's Batch." You'll be able to buy them at grocery and pet stores this month.
How about a new Applemobile? Yep, the folks at Apple have teamed up with Hyundai and Korea's IT News reports they'll give you a deal for the upcoming Apple Car by this March. Their new car will either be built at a Georgia factory owned by Kia Motors, a Hyundai Motor Group affiliate, or possibly a new factory in the US that could make up to 400-thousand cars a year. Look for it on streets sometime in 2022, although Bloomberg News says they doubt that it could be out sooner than 2028-or-9.
Show buzz: KEVIN HART has signed a new deal with the folks at Netflix, including a deal for four new movies that will be exclusive to the streaming giant.
Boob tube: That "Sex and the City" revival is actually happening. But HBO said yesterday that just three of the stars will be returning --SARAH JESSICA PARKER, CYNTHIA NIXON and KRISTIN DAVIS --KIM CATTRALL, who played Samantha, will not be coming back. Insiders have said she had a strained relationship with her co-stars. The series will begin filming in late spring.
And the hunt is underway for a new host to replace the beloved ALEX TREBEK on "Jeopardy!" As you probably know, KEN JENNINGS began his fill-in duties Monday night. The NY Times says he's reportedly already taped at least 30 episodes, and that KATIE COURIC will also be a fill-in host as the search continues.
An internal FBI bulletin obtained by ABC News shows warnings of "a huge uprising" with armed protests being planned at all 50 state capitols. The action supposedly will take place at state, local and federal government courthouses and administrative buildings in the event PRESIDENT TRUMP is removed from office before Inauguration Day. And there's also another threat to “storm” government offices in every state the day JOE BIDEN is inaugurated as well.
While we're on the subject, the NY Post reports the Washington Monument will be closed through Inauguration Day (January 20th) because the National Park Service said yesterday there are "credible threats to visitors and park resources." Monday, The Park Service said they will also be closing roadways and parking areas surrounding the National Mall until January 24th. Meanwhile, Washington DC Mayor MURIEL BOWSER said yesterday you should avoid the city during BIDEN's inauguration next week.
Finally, that 'Camp Auschwitz' T-shirt you saw on a rioter at the Capitol is no longer for sale online, after the folks at the Auschwitz Memorial had asked Etsy to remove it because it was "disrespectful to the memory of all victims."
