If you'd had a COVID-19 vaccination, you'll notice they handed you a card to bring back with you --and after the second vaccination has been logged, it represents proof you've had 'em. And now people are saying you ought to laminate it in plastic so you have a record to show to people. That is a mistake. The CDC says you should NOT laminate it, but if you have a plastic holder the same size, you could put it inside. The CDC also recommends taking a photo of your vaccine card as a backup as well, and says you should NOT post pictures of the card online.
More COVID update: The CDC now says if you're one of those people who goes to an indoor gym to work out, you and everybody else in the gym needs to be wearing a mask. That's the result of several mass problems at gyms and fitness studios which have allowed mask-free workouts like high-intensity aerobics, where sweat and labored breathing could (and DO) easily spread droplets of COVID.
Former President DONALD TRUMP's main residence, Mar-a-Lago, has been partially closed after some staff members tested positive for Covid-19. The club says the Beach Club and a la carte dining room have been closed, but did not specify how many people had tested positive.
While we're on the former President, FOX News is reporting that although Trump has been suspended from Twitter, Facebook and some other social media sites, he now plans to launch his own social media platform in two to three months. Trump's spokesman, JASON MILLER, says the move would "completely redefine the game."
Variety magazine says DANIEL RADCLIFFE will be a villain in his role in Paramount’s “The Lost City of D.” The film stars SANDRA BULLOCK and CHANNING TATUM playing a romance novelist and her cover model who are on a book tour which turns into a jungle adventure after a kidnapping attempt.
And congrats to BELLA THORNE, who got engaged to her boyfriend of nearly two years over the weekend. Italian singer BENJAMIN MASCOLO is the lucky guy, who announced the engagement on his Instagram account along with a plug for their upcoming movie, "Time Is Up." Turns out he popped the question while on set by writing a love letter to her on the final page of the script.
