Car maintenance involves so many things I'm not familiar with. Sure auto manufactures provide you with written requirements needed to service a vehicle but it's very overwhelming for me to be at a mechanics or oil change facility and to be bombarded with a list of things my car should need. This isn't my speciality area. Now get me in a Williams and Sonoma and have a salesperson tell me what my kitchen needs and my area of understanding is engaged. With an unknown like auto care I'm not necessarily engaged but placed on the offense and in search of someone on my team of people that is an expert so I don't get ripped off. That's a common thought process for most women if we feel like your going to hurt our children, rip us off or cut us off we fall right inline with an offensive tackle like David Mims.
