Holidays

For the next 30 days I have either a birthday celebration or a major holiday to celebrate every single week. December just happens to be the month most of my family was born. My daughter's Sweet Sixteen happens exactly two week prior to Christmas; no pressure, really. If someone could just arrange for Green Day to come and give her a private concert my life would be so much easier. Helllloo Rob Wagman :)

I do believe these are good problems to have. A recent medical problem took me out for a few weeks and as I scampered to catch up I saw the holiday deadlines approaching...fast. I quickly ducked out of their view and am now catching my breath, and making a plan. I have three girlfriends who are moving this week, two out of state to a complete new area and another s staying in her community. They all sold their houses in November. They have all asked me if I thought they were crazy moving so close to Christmas. I smiled, passed the bubble wrap and packing tape and said "no, you're normal".
