I practiced great self control inside a Bed, Bath & Beyond store today. So much so, I tweeted about it. You walk in that store and instantly feel the need to buy lots of stuff. Stuff like bags that won't let your produce go bad as fast as it could, wire thingies that hold your sponge neatly in the sink and all the "As Seen on TV" stuff you could handle.
My teenager follows me around dutifully because I wouldn't let her stay in the car and listen to the radio; "but mom I'm supporting your industry" she'll use against me. I won't let an animal stay in a hot car, and I'm not letting my kid.
We travel through the store in search on the two items I think I really need. My daughter is not a fan of shopping and thankfully pushes me through the isles reminding me that "I don't need that." Until I come to the iPod gadget sections where I remind her that she doesn't need any more of that stuff. Besides we gotta head back out to the car to and 'support my industry.'

The Crock Pot is not just for fall and winter comfort foods. It's a great kitchen tool that is used year round. She is thrilled when she finds a great recipe. After signing up on this site, she will receive periodic recipes from crock-pot experts; the most recent was for delicious Easy Crock-Pot Fried Apples.
