New patients have numerous forms to fill out when being seen by a doctor. Personal information, insurance information and all medical history is taken, along with a co-pay. New patients especially have many forms to fill out, and insurance cards to copy; now identification is being checked to make sure you are who you say you are. It's a hassle to fill out, but necessary. Wouldn't it be nice to have a new listener fill out paperwork so we could better serve them? There are options and listener clubs with benefits, but only so many people fill this out, and the questionnaire that comes with it is not telling of much at all. Facebook friends have more info on likes and dislikes available, but has anyone really compartmentalized this info? If relationship, money, family, music and career are top trending topics, I'd think much info could be derived this way.

Archives of Neurology reports on a 22-year-old man who died from multiple brain abscesses after a tongue piercing. An infection spread in his blood stream to his brain. There were probably some instrument-sterility factors involved too. But this account can make you consider the possible risk associated with and oral piercing.• Get more She Prep at www.ShePrep.com
