I found a stay fit checklist for vacationers that makes sense. With Memorial Day happening soon, many have plans to enjoy a three-day weekend. That doesn't mean she has to pay for it afterwards because she 'ate bad' or didn't exercise. Some of the tips seem like common sense, but gals like a list, so try this. Thanks to Greatist for these ideas.
Eat before the airport
Pack healthy snacks
Visit local food markets
Make your own meals
Allow room for treats
Explore the city on foot
Always take the stairs
Book a wellness or a fitness friendly hotel
Make work emails off-limits
Remember all medications
