I'm sitting on a flight with a bevy of travel,era, watching as drinks and trays pass by us until it's our turn to feast on whatever food the airline offers. Then, we remain captured while waiting to have the tray removed. For the longest time airplane food was a joke, now it's called a Wine & Dine service, complete with a signature cocktail and appetizers. It still tastes like a school cafeteria to me.
When a family gathers around the table for a meal it's called dinner, community, connection time. It's the opposite of a row of people on a plane. Keep that circle intact this New Year, and don't stress if a goal seems slow to achieve. It takes 30-ish days to break or build a habit. And it's a New Years goal, so you've got 365 days to make it happen!
