Air Fryer

I recently made friends with the new Air Fryer that has been sitting boxed up in my pantry since December 2021.

It took me a full year to unbox my InstaPot, so for me, this is a pretty quick turnaround. And to my surprise, what a friend this fryer is!

Whenever something looks simple on TikTok, it makes me wonder how easy their quick meals truly are. However, the salmon, chicken and mini sausages I made in the new Air Fryer turned out perfect.

"SO good' as the Feel Good Foodie states. I am now an Air Frying fan, I can't wait to cook a filet mignon, as one of my listeners suggested.

Now, I'm not going to name this appliance (like my friends who adore their RoboVac and named it "Bennie," he cleans up after three cats so he's pretty popular).

I'm fine looking at my smiling reflection in the red shiny plastic coating on my Air Fryer while someone else does the dishes.
