Here are some tips from my local vet, to help make pet visits go more smoothly:

1. When making an appointment, use your name, not "Rover's Mommy."
2. Always bring your pet into the office on a leash or in some type of carrier. Do not carry them yourself.
3. Bring only the pet that needs to be seen.
4. Do not play vet in the waiting room and advise other customers on the care of their animal.
5. Write down and bring your list of questions.
