Slice and bake, pre-pay bank cards, single-serve products cost more and she's buying them. Whether it's a needle already threaded (yes they sell these) or tiny tubes of eye drops, she pays for the convenience and discipline; grab and go is the way to go. Sometimes she uses more at one sitting that she should although admitting that would never happen. However, when using her credit card online to pay ahead takes more thought on her part. She thinks twice when it comes to using her credit card online for a recurring charge. If it's something that is linked to her bank account she puts her guard up. Mess with her family and and look out. It's common knowledge that women are extremely emotionally wired and there are some buttons worth pushing and others that are not, unless you are a shock jock. What buttons can you push today that will have her coming back for me. Can you help her with something, make her laugh, play her a song that eases her day or makes her forget about her troubles? Can you inform her, give her something to talk about at the dinner label tonight? Don't go getting a big head or anything but you the illustrious jock happen to have a lot of power.

"The minute I finish one week's worth of laundry, another week's worth is ready to be washed."
She fashion
She makes a statement with playful, colorful T- shirts. Usually all it takes is one picture of a popular celebrity wearing a particular T-shirt, and suddenly it becomes mass produced and well worn. She wears her Ts with style and attitude, showing support for a certain sporting team, designer, or cause. JCrew, Old Navy, and Bloomingdale's are some favorite places to get unique T-shirts. She buys special Ts online at www.shopbop.com.
She green
Being green is being encouraged on everything from trash bags to cereal boxes. In order for her to be green, she not only must make herself aware of ways to tweak her daily habits-such as shorter showers-but she needs some extra cash for new appliances. The average single-family house emits about 18,300 pounds of carbon dioxide (CO²) per year. The three main sources are electricity, heating, and waste. Here are a few ways she can reduce the amount of CO² her house emits:
- Use Energy Saver models of air conditioners, refrigerators, and any appliance not so rated that she can afford to replace.
- Use a ceiling fan to circulate air. Change from incandescent light bulbs to compact fluorescent bulbs.
- Switch to energy-efficient windows and window treatments.
- Use programmable thermostats set to use less energy when you're sleeping.
- Run dishwasher at night and only when full.
- Turn computers all the way off when not in use.
- Use cold water whenever possible for washing clothes.
Here are some green-friendly websites. Most sites offer a calculator that will gauge your home's impact on the environment:
