If she was able to write a letter to her 20 year-old self what would she say? There would probably be a good explanation on the difference between Mr. Right and Mr. Right now along with many reasons not to sweat the small stuff. Encouragement to stay the course and to stay true to oneself along with the need for higher education would fit right in. How to choose friends and value relationships would be content she wouldn't, couldn't omit. Radio personalities are considered "friends". The more you reveal about yourself, the more you communicate that you get where she's coming from; you reinforce your "friendship". Think about a friend from grade school, how the connection was inseparable. Think about the present time, what makes you want to speak to a current BFF? Answer and apply this knowledge to whatever you are doing on the air. Some say that your 20's are a time to play and learn. That your 30's are the time to grow your career and family. And your 40's are the time to decide if you will stay the course or experiment with your acquired knowledge. Friends grace this journey. Some are seasonal some are life-long. Find out what she'd write in this letter to herself. Maybe she wishes she would have studied abroad when she had the chance now having 4 kids makes that impossible. Or perhaps she just needs to embrace the girl she used to be and give her a big hug because she's come a long way.....baby.

She Tip
Don't flush unused pills down the toilet. Some of these medicines are working their way back to our water supply and potentially harming our environment and us. If your pharmacist won't take and dis- pose of any unused pills, crush them and throw them away.
She's a Caregiver

She facts!
- Only 2.6 % of the CEOs of Fortune 500 companies are women.
- If every woman who voted in the past midterm election gave $27 to the presidential candidate of her choice, collectively they'd be giving $1.3 billion into politics. (Source: More magazine)
- 65% of Americans say they spend more time on their computer than with their significant other. (Source: www.Self.com)
- If she's going to eat chocolate (unless she's allergic, she's gonna eat chocolate), the better the quality, the better for her. Pricey chocolate is better for her because it usually has more cocoa (antioxidants) and less sugar.
- The work areas in which a woman per- forms her duties-desk, cube, etc.-has two and a half times more bacteria and viruses than a man's workspace. This messy fact is due to clutter: women have more purses, knick-knacks, etc. She had better keep some disinfecting wipes in her drawer. (Source: Self Magazine)
- The National Association of Resale & Thrift Shops estimates that their sales have increased by about 5% each year in the last 10 years. Does she shop at a secondhand store-for herself or for her kids?
