I just returned from Disney World; the "most magical place on earth." (Disney Land is the "happiest place one earth.") Disney never seems to miss a beat, as all cast members have indelible smiles and most everything is shaped into Mickey Ears. This corporation has reached the ultimate in branding and customer service where 67 percent of guests return for another visit. Transferring the same principles to radio does appear to be in the budget, but there are still a few tricks to be had. Women love great customer service: capitalizing on what we can do for her that is not costly can only benefit us. Think of ways to serve her that she'll remember, things like using the station van to provide her with transportation to and from the airport saves her money, makes for a cute bit on the air and allows signage or using your Facebook page to help her solve a problem. It might not sound as exciting at Space Mountain, but on the flip side she has no desire to drag a kid having a meltdown into The Haunted Mansion.

She tip
When she chops an onion, it won't be crying time again if she puts the onion in the freezer for 10 minutes before cutting.
She's single
She is clocking in the hours, with some jobs requiring more than an 8-hour day. Many teachers are at their desk long before school starts, and often they stay and coach an after-school sport or activity. Her day could start at 8:00 AM and end at 6:00 PM; that's a 10-hour day, plus the commute. Many single women look forward to the weekend to catch up on their sleep, have a little fun, or work that second job so they can pay their bills.
She's packing
She packs nutritious lunches and hopes that her kids won't swap their fruit for someone else's cookies, and tucks a Happy Napkin inside their lunch box. These cloth napkins have feel-good messages like "I believe in you" and "You can do it." www.happynapkins.com
She health
As fall forces her to pack away her beach paraphernalia, she should not pack away the sunscreen. Most of her makeup and moisturizer have a sunscreen in them, but her kids still need some protection from the sun's harmful rays. They may not need as strong an SPF as they do in the summer, but some SPF 15 rubbed onto their neck and face could prevent a problem.
