Greg and Kate are a sweet couple that considers themselves the two geeks, infact that is what their license plates read; 2GEKS.
He's a Physic's Professor at Princeton University and she's an artist currently making the most amazing upholstered pieces out of old crates and wine cases. Their days are filled with numbers, students, clients and whatnot, yet it revolves around their dog, Molly. Molly is the fluffiest little maltipoo. This pooch is one little ball of puff. This weekend Greg and Kate will be traveling with Molly to an Agility Tournament. Just like a soccer mom, Kate has been training this fluff ball and now her schedule includes jump training, obedience classes and travel time to weekend competitions. She needs to pack all the necessary gear and supplies, mapquest the directions, fill out the paperwork and spend a weekend away at her "kid's" event. They love it and Molly enjoys the attention so it's a win-win for all.
The term 'soccer mom' is becoming cliché; however, it's a good model to follow as it shows a dedicated women who is able to pack, travel, support and plan all in the attempt to bring a kid or a dog up right. Woof!

Washing produce is essential and usually a few outer leaves of the lettuce get thrown away as a result. These outer leaves can be used to cover foods in the microwave instead of a paper towel, plus the leaves provide a little extra cooking mois- ture. She can get current info on her favorite fish right before she purchases or orders it. The Blue Ocean Institute tracks more than 90 marine species and updates its data base regularly. All she needs to do is send a text to see if her fish is safe to eat. She sends a text to 30644 with the message "FISH" and the name of the fish she is considering having. This non-profit institute will text her back with any environmental or health concerns considered with that fish, sushi included. For more info: www.blueocean.org.
