Can You Tell Me How To Get To Sesame Street? Because The Road Sign's Missing
-
McIntosh County, Georgia loses a lot of street signs to theft, because the street names are attractive for thieves: Boone's Farm, Green Acres, Mary Jane Lane, Harmony Hill. So a county commissioner is suggesting that the solution is to make the street names boring so that nobody will steal the signs. Me, I'd keep the names and booby-trap the signs (battery acid? Razor wire?). Sucks if every street has to be, like, 7th Avenue or Main Street. (Florida Times-Union, Jacksonville)
